Off-season sites leased to a fleet that pays twice
An off-season campground leased 40 sites to an electric delivery fleet, turning idle winter loops into a weekday-predictable V2G resource.
30 minutes, no cost — pick a time after a few property questions.

Scale
180 sites, 40 leased to fleet
Service
Upgraded three-phase feeder to fleet loop
V2G enabled
40 fleet bays + 28 seasonal pedestals
The starting point
- Sites sat empty from November through March with fixed infrastructure costs continuing.
- The local fleet operator needed overnight depot charging without building its own yard.
- Storm outages regularly took the bathhouse and office offline.
The build
Phase 1
Feeder upgrade
A dedicated three-phase feeder was pulled to the winter loop, sized for simultaneous fleet charging and export.
Phase 2
Depot bays
Forty bidirectional bays were commissioned with departure-time scheduling so every van leaves at target charge.
Phase 3
Dual revenue
The campground bills the fleet for delivered energy and shares grid program revenue earned from parked capacity overnight.
Phase 4
Critical circuit
Bathhouse, office and well pump were moved onto an islandable circuit backed by depot capacity.
